Bellini’s – A Sublime and Simply Delicious Summer Drink (non-alcoholic)

A family friendly drink that kids can mix and drink :)   I could sip these on a patio deck all day…. oh, life is sublime!

The Bellini hails from Harry’s Bar in Venice, Italy.  The original recipe uses champagne instead of sparkling apple juice (2/3 c white peach puree; 1 bottle chilled Italian sparkling wine; 1 teaspoon raspberry puree).

In favor of being more health conscious and reducing our alcohol intake (for high blood pressure’s sake) – we’ll make it “virgin”, and of course, low sodium. Simplicity.  Gotta love it.

…Excuse me while I take my drink onto the patio and kick off the summer long weekend…. Have a good one!!
